Okay, okay.. I know it’s another round of burgers, I do eat food in other formats, really. But nothing beats pulled pork and coleslaw on a bun. I went for pork shoulder with the bone removed, cooked in my smoker for around 14 hours at 110c.
I used a dry rub of salt, pepper, red chilli, garlic and onion powder. It’s a family favourite and never lasts very long, I did pulled pork for Dad’s birthday and the whole family lined up with containers at the end of the day to take some home 😊
